Remote Support Assistance

How Remote Support Works with Zoho Assist

We use Zoho Assist to provide secure, on-demand remote support. Here's what to expect:
 

1. Schedule Your Appointment

Ensure you have a remote support appointment booked with Patrick at IT Answers.
 

2. Wait for Your Call

At the scheduled time, wait for Patrick from IT Answers to call you to begin the support session.
 

3. Receive an Invitation

During the call, you’ll receive a support link via email, SMS, or direct message.
 

4. Join the Session

Click the link or visit join.zoho.com and enter the session ID provided.
 

5. Run the Support App

A small application will download. Run it and follow any on-screen prompts.
 

6. Grant Access

When prompted, approve the connection request to allow screen sharing and remote control.
 

7. Support in Progress

Once connected, Patrick can view and control your screen. You’ll see all activity and can communicate via chat or over the phone.
 

8. End the Session

You or Patrick can end the session at any time. No software remains installed on your system.
 

Security Notice

All sessions are encrypted and require your explicit permission to begin.
